PJ Dick, Inc., provided CM at Risk services for the $36 million, 52,000-square-foot multi-phased occupied renovation of a healthcare facility. The project included the construction of a Magee Women’s Health/Magee Imaging Suite, respiratory therapy renovations, panorex relocation, x-ray equipment upgrades, a Center of Excellence imaging department, restroom renovations, and re-roofing work, as well as upgrades to bring the emergency department into compliance with current codes. Working within an active hospital environment, the team implemented a comprehensive site safety plan that included mobile ICRA panels and COVID-19 compliance measures, while closely coordinating MEP shutdowns with hospital staff to maintain uninterrupted patient care throughout construction.
