Overview

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk for UPMC for the partial demolition and renovation of the UMPC Presbyterian South Tower. The demolition of the 15-story tower was accompanied by a fitout of a waiting room, offices, locker room, classroom, and maintenance spaces. Aside from the fitout, there was the addition of other features such as raingardens, an ambulance dropoff, a new façade, and landscaping/hardscaping.
