PJ Dick provided General Construction services for this 100% federally funded new, three-story, 99,500-sf multi-purpose complex, Research Office Building for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The building is a steel frame structure with a concrete basement, and an exterior with a combination of metal panels, brick, and curtainwall.

The interior is basic office space with the research portion of the building being shell space. The project also includes a helipad and site improvements around the exterior of the building.
