Overview

PJ Dick managed construction of West Virginia University’s new Business and Economics Complex. The 180,000-sf, six-story Reynolds Hall was built on a tight site situated along the Monongahela River and adjacent to the campus’s railway system. The project was safely completed under an OSHA partnership in the midst of the global pandemic. As the new campus gem, Reynolds Hall includes collaborative classrooms, centers for innovation, 175 faculty and staff offices, a 300-seat tiered lecture hall, an atrium, a social stairwell, green space, and a fitness center. The third level of the building features a new pedestrian bridge linking the building to the university’s PRT (Personal Rapid Transit) Station.
