Wheeling Hospital tower 5 addition

PJ Dick, as part of a Joint Venture with Graziano Construction, provided Preconstruction and Construction Management at Risk services for construction of a a new, seven-story expansion of Wheeling Hospital. The 144,000-sf hospital tower addition displays an architectural precast exterior on the first level with a combination of curtainwall and metal panels on the upper levels. The addition features a state-of-the-art emergency room, OB/GYN and pediatric floor, cardiac ICU and private rooms.
