WVUM Ruby Hospital

PJ Dick, Inc., provided CM at Risk services for the $60 million, 60,000-square-foot phased renovation of WVU Medicine Ruby Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia. The 40-month project included extensive renovations to existing hospital spaces on Levels 2, 4, and 6, the addition of new dock spaces, and the buildout of shell space within the Physician Office Center. Working in an active healthcare environment, the team developed detailed phasing, logistics, ICRA, and scheduling plans in close coordination with hospital operations staff to minimize disruptions and maintain patient, staff, and visitor safety throughout construction.
